Sample Policy

At Lightsource, we know how important it is to see and feel a product before making a decision. Samples are available for product evaluation prior to placing a production order.

Sample Charges

All samples must be purchased. Clients are responsible for all sample charges and shipping costs. Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Sample Limits

Samples are limited to two (2) pieces per item. This includes both blank and decorated samples.

Spec Samples and Pre-Production Samples

Want to see your branding in action? Spec samples or pre-production samples may be available for qualifying customers.

Catalog Products:
Spec samples for products featured on Lightsource’s website are typically charged at first column pricing, with applicable setup and run charges applied.

Custom Products:
For fully custom products (such as plush, bags, or other manufactured items), prototype or development samples may be available. Pricing and lead times vary depending on the product and production method.
