Artwork Requirements

File Recommendations:

• Vector Files: Preferred formats (.ai, .eps, .pdf). Be sure to outline all fonts and lines.
• Raster Images: Use high-resolution files (.tiff, .jpeg, .psd, .pdf) at 300 DPI at full size.

Key Requirements:

• Artwork should use correct production colors. Use solid colors for spot printing.
• Minimum font size: 8 pt; minimum line weight: 1 pt. 

Artwork Submission

Send production-ready artwork to orders@lightsourcepromo.com via email or our artwork portal. Ensure artwork is complete and requires no adjustments to avoid delays or quality issues. Lightsource cannot accept responsibility for incorrect artwork.

Licensed Artwork

Submitting artwork indicates you are authorized to print on behalf of the license owner. Proof of authorization may be required.

Art Charges

• Paper Proofs: The first is included with your order.
• Design Services: $50/hour; minimum charge: $12.50 (15 min). Professional design assistance is available for custom projects.
